Formerly known as IHR Télécom, we are a non-profit organization that places human relationships at the heart of technological progress. For over 15 years, our mission has been to provide the residential, agricultural, and business communities of the Montérégie and Eastern Townships with state-of-the-art high-speed Internet access, television, and IP telephony services.
