Start installing your TV platform
Make sure your GigaSpire router is set up and your Wi-Fi network is enabled before you begin installing your TV platform. A green light means your router is on.

1- Plug in your decoder
1.1. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your set-top box and to the HDMI port on your TV.
1.2. Connect the power supply to your decoder, then plug it into an electrical outlet.
The indicator light on your set-top box will glow red for 5 seconds before turning pale blue.
2- Turn on your TV
Turn on your TV using the remote control, then select the appropriate HDMI source.
3- Follow the on-screen instructions
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network, then set up your set-top box and voice remote.
Do you have a Google account?
YES: Connect it to your set-top box during setup.
NO: Skip this step when setting up your set-top box.
Congratulations!
Your TV platform and remote control are now up and running.
4- Log in to your account
4.1. Enter your IHR username.
Your username can be found in the “General Details” section of your invoice.
4.2. Enter your password.
Your password is the same as the one you use for your IHR Customer Portal.
5- Need to reset your password?
5.1. Go to the Customer Portal.
5.2. Click “Recover My Password.”
6. Return your old decoders
Returning your old decoders to an eco-center or recycling center is a good way to recycle obsolete electronic equipment.
Do you have a media streaming device?
The TV platform is compatible with streaming devices such as:
• Amazon Fire TV
• Android TV
• Apple TV
If you have any questions about streaming media devices, please refer to the device’s user guide or ask for advice at an electronics store.
