Mont-Saint-Grégoire, July 16, 2025 – Lumii Solutions, a company dedicated to providing state-of-the-art Internet access to residential, agricultural, and business communities in the Montérégie and Eastern Townships regions, welcomes the unveiling of the Government’s Action Plan for the Social Economy (PAGES) 2025–2030 on July 11 by Christopher Skeete, Minister Delegate for the Economy.
The new PAGES marks a strategic turning point by fully recognizing that companies, such as Lumii Solutions, are key players in creating solutions to social, environmental, and economic challenges in Quebec’s rural and semi-urban regions. Targeted support for strategic sectors, recognition of regional benefits, and a commitment to measuring social impact represent a decisive step for Lumii Solutions toward a more humane, inclusive, and resilient economy.
A welcome recognition of our model
PAGES positions itself as a strategic lever for development to better address Quebec’s major societal challenges through collective, innovative, and locally rooted solutions, particularly in the Montérégie and Eastern Townships regions. It is based, in particular, on a pragmatic and inclusive vision that proposes a transformation of the economic model toward shared prosperity and greater economic democracy, especially in the regions. From this perspective, the social economy becomes a pillar of Québec’s future.
