Since last spring, our team has been working hard to launch a project that will allow us to enhance the customer experience with IHR Telecom.
This smart, efficient, and fast service allows us to offer a flexible drop-off and pickup location for equipment that is conveniently located near our subscribers. Our distribution box is now operational and available to our customers who wish to use this service.
Wanting to locate the facility at a central point within the vast territory served by our fiber-optic network, we chose the municipality of Cowansville.
