A service born of a real need
Established in 2008 under the name Développement Innovation Haut-Richelieu and known since 2017 as IHR Télécom, our non-profit organization was founded to meet a clear need: providing the residential, agricultural, and business communities of Montérégie and the Eastern Townships with state-of-the-art high-speed Internet access.
