3 – Contact the CCTS

If, after following the above steps, you are still not satisfied, you can turn to the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications and Television Services (CCTS). CCTS is a free, independent agency that helps Canadian consumers and small telecommunications companies resolve their complaints about telecommunications services:
