Founded in 2008 under the name Développement Innovation Haut-Richelieu and operating since 2017 as IHR Télécom, our non-profit organization was created to meet a clear need: to provide high-speed, cutting-edge Internet access to residential, agricultural, and business communities in Montérégie and the Eastern Townships.

Since 2014, we’ve been rolling out fibre optic networks in rural municipalities of the Haut-Richelieu RCM. Our reliable and scalable services are designed to meet the needs of homes, farms, and local businesses.
