A <strong>green light<\/strong> means your router is on. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lumii-solutions.com\/support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/lumii-solutions.com\/support<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1- Plug in your <\/strong><strong>decoder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1. Connect the HDMI cable<\/strong> to the HDMI port on your set-top box and to the HDMI port on your TV.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2. Connect the power supply<\/strong> to your decoder, then plug it into an electrical outlet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indicator light on your set-top box will glow red for 5 seconds before turning pale blue.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2- Turn on your TV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn on your TV using the remote control, then select the appropriate HDMI source.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3- Follow the on-screen instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network, then set up your set-top box and voice remote.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br\/>Do you have a Google account?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YES:<\/strong> Connect it to your set-top box during setup.<br\/><strong>NO:<\/strong> Skip this step when setting up your set-top box.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Congratulations!<\/strong><br\/>Your TV platform and remote control are now up and running.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4- Log in to your account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1. Enter your IHR username.<\/strong><br\/>Your username can be found in the \u201cGeneral Details\u201d section of your invoice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.2. Enter your password.<\/strong><br\/>Your password is the same as the one you use for your IHR Customer Portal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5- Need to reset your password?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.1.<\/strong> Go to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clients.ihrtelecom.com\/connexion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customer Portal.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.2.<\/strong> Click <strong>\u201cRecover My Password.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.
