9 : Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of an unresolved dispute, claim, or lawsuit between the User and Lumii Solutions, both parties consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, more specifically to select the judicial district of Iberville as the suitable jurisdiction for hearing such judicial claims or lawsuits, to the exclusion of any other judicial district that may have jurisdiction of such proceedings under the law.
