✨ Free up recording space in seconds
Is your space almost full ? Don't panic ! You can quickly free up space by permanently deleting programs you no longer need :
- Press the DVR button on your Viiv TV remote control OR press the TiVo button on the remote control and select the DVR section on the screen.
- Go to the Deleted tab.
- Select the recording you want to permanently delete, then click Delete Permanently.
- Confirm, and there you go !
💡 Tip: Keep an eye on the available space in the upper right corner of the recordings screen, or increase the number of recording hours by adding a block of 50 or 150 additional hours to your actual plan.
🔐 Save your recordings indefinitely
Want to prevent a record from being automatically deleted after 365 days? We’ve got you covered! Use the Saved feature to protect a recording.
- Press the DVR button on your Viiv TV remote control OR press the TiVo button on the remote control and select the DVR section on the screen.
- Go to the Saved tab.
- Select the program you want to keep for long-term storage.
- Select the Save option to protect the recording.
💡 Tip: This prevents automatic deletion after one year. Ideal for keeping your favorite series, an important game, or your favorite movies close at hand!
